I loved my work. For years I hired employees, helped employees navigate the workplace, and worked closely with leadership. For years, these professionals shared concerns that they may have chosen the wrong career. For years I recognized a need for these individuals to learn more about strengths, opportunities, and development. And it wasn’t just professionals. College students contacted me in the second or third year of school, confused about career possibilities. A growing number of high school students reached out, frustrated by not knowing what they wanted to do after graduation. And concerned parents did not have the knowledge and impartiality required to make a difference. It was obvious people needed help, and I had the skills and passion to help them. I love to empower students and professionals. I love to equip them with clear, concise, strengths-based information. I love to see them move forward confidently into their future. So I opened a business. I love my work. It is exciting to watch people transform into a place of self-awareness and confidence. It is equally gratifying to observe clients as they emerge from confusion to create tangible steps to achieve their goals and start acting on those meaningful opportunities. My mission: To support individuals with the launch of their career, to be engaged in each person's efforts to sustain workplace satisfaction, and to provide effective tools for ongoing career success.
