Impact Execs is an executive recruitment firm hiring high impact leaders for impact startups and scaleups. We find outstanding executives for purpose-led businesses that are positively impacting society and the world. Our mission is to help drive the growth of ClimateTech sector, by introducing great leadership talent to the companies and organisations that are creating a better future. Founded in 2019, we help high potential and high growth businesses recruit commercial and finance leadership and navigate the HR challenges of scaling up. Working with founder shareholders, VCs and other senior board members, we deliver rapid searches for critical hires, with low upfront cost. For businesses that we know particularly well, we are also used as independent advisors to guide candidates through what can often be a complex offer process and salary negotiation.
