The Impart links group is made up of 3 companies: Impart links Consultancy (ILC) Our team has a wealth of industry experience, having worked as clients, contractors and consultants; we use our experience as a specialist consultancy to the affordable housing sector, to provide a balanced, structured, managed approach that is cost and value focused and receptive to innovation, ideas and learning. Specialising in Procurement, Stock Condition, Asset Management, and Cost management. Impart links Maintain (ILM) Formed In 2016 ILM is our Contractor arm servicing mainly Social Housing providers with a range of planned and maintenance works. ILM now operates as the largest part of the group servicing clients throughout the Midlands.
