We work internationally, providing high-quality technical support to strengthen the inclusion of marginalised groups in global development and to foster a greater focus on the barriers and power dynamics that contribute to their exclusion. We apply a social inclusion lens across our work, routinely undertaking analysis and research to understand and respond to barriers to inclusion and participation. We focus equally on particular sub-groups and on intersectionality (e.g. multiple simultaneous discrimination due to gender, race, disability, sexual identity and orientation, and other attributes).
