Imperator Group

Imperator Group is an ambitious and fast growing group of companies, operating largely in the civil engineering, utility and pipeline sectors. Imperator Group Limited was incorporated in May 2015, initially holding the entire issued share capital of M A Utilities Ltd. The Group has set out on a strategy of growth and diversification of revenue streams. The core expertise of the Group is in civil engineering, utilities, groundworks and pipeline services. These areas remain the main focus for growth. However, Imperator is also involved in, and keen to explore, other sectors where the right opportunity arises. Since its incorporation, Imperator has made investments in two new start up companies - Complete Material Handling Limited and Layers Studio Limited. It is also in the process of completing its first two acquisitions.
