IMI was established in 1995 as the first company in the U.A.E to manufacture APP (Atactic Polypropylene) & SBS (Styrene - Butadiene – Styrene) modified bituminous structural waterproofing membranes for the construction industry, located in Jebel Ali Industrial Area, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
IMI supplies a range of high performance waterproofing membranes and associated liquid products that rival the best in the market. IMI caters to UAE market as well as exports to over 25 countries worldwide.
IMI follows the ISO 9001 quality management system and is the only manufacturing company in the Middle East region to have obtained technical approval by BBA (British Board of Agreement) for its quality products.
