Imperium Consulting were a specialist Multi Sector HR & Recruitment Management Consultancy providing clients with In-House Talent Acquisition services via Recruitment Process Outsourcing & Managed Service Provider delivery models. The add on services included Resource/Workforce Planning and Global Mobility, thus allowing us to provide a full 360 in house capability. Our clients were a number of the leading global Banking, Finance, IT, Real Estate, Energy and Construction organisations, we assisted their offices in the Middle East, South East Asia and the UK. We provided clients with an array of skills and services to ensure a more effective Human Resources and Talent Management strategy, to align with business strategy and growth. As a Management Consultancy, we drove change and innovation within companies; demonstrating an extensive ROI and substantial impact for our clients based upon agreed KPIs and SLAs per project. Imperium Consulting had successful managed global mobilisation projects from 48 different countries, responsible for providing the complete end to end solution, from conducting feasibility studies on regions to target/visit to assisting with the visa process and relocation. We have also managed several in-house recruitment projects, from advising and implementing new ATS and CRM systems, including Taleo, Talent Link, Workday, Adapt and Bullhorn alongside HR, IT & Finance teams. Imperium Consulting has to date partnered with clients to mobilise candidates from over 38 different global locations, by providing a bespoke global recruitment service using various methodologies including retained international campaigns, executive search in addition to more traditional recruitment practices.
