Implied Equity was conceptualized to address the lack of organized Investment management services purely focusing on Real Estate assets. Through our experience of managing key investors relationships in Institutional businesses we often found a dearth of similar key account and relationship management services available to Real Estate Investors. We work in collaboration with Investors and curate bespoke Investments across Geographies and Asset classes with optimized risk reward ratios. Services: • Structured Assets: We work on assets that are off market, privately held or are bank repossessed on exclusive terms to structure these for our clients. • Development Finance: We aim at providing the necessary capital for development of real estate via Equity, Mezzanine or Debt funds, structured to the developers requirements. • Asset Management: We have witnessed that the desired returns are not achieved unless we bring in expertise of Real Estate Development and Sales to control the cash flow velocity and pricing over time. This enables us to progressively monitor our risk to return ratio and arrive at a optimum plan to exit assets through value creation.
