Founded in 2016 in Uganda, Imprint Hope envisions a world where all children with disabilities are appreciated for their unique talents and provided an opportunity to actualize their full potential.
Imprint Hope works to eliminate the neglect, abuse, abandonment and death of children living with disabilities in Uganda. Imprint hope provides clinically excellent and culturally appropriate medical and rehabilitative services; empowers mothers, fathers, and caregivers with the knowledge, resources, and hope to confidently provide nurturing care for children with disabilities in their own homes; and educates communities to raise awareness, break down barriers, and overcome the stigma that children with disabilities face on a daily basis in their communities.
Imprint Hope exists to support and encourage families of children with disabilities, working from the bottom up to strengthen families and communities, with the ultimate goal of building a culture of life that affirms the dignity and value of every human person, especially those who are most vulnerable.
