- Implement change ranging from simple process improvements, to organisational service redesign and culture change.
My expertise lies in systems approaches to understanding organisations, together with innovative and modern developments in management styles. Influenced in particular, by the work of Argyris, Senge, Deming and John Seddon.
My approach uses innovative methods, in particular systems thinking from John Seddon's Vanguard method, and design thinking.
