Founded in Dubai in 2015 by Jessica Estefane and Choucrallah Karam, ImproStrat is a boutique advisory firm with a specific focus on GCC based SMEs. We help entrepreneurs and firms with monetizable ideas initiate, succeed and grow with our integrated approach: CORPORATE ADVISORY On the corporate advisory side, we devise business plans, engineer financial structures, connect entrepreneurs with investors and help them out throughout the fund raising exercise. For more mature companies we operate in partnership with Catalyst Corporate Advisers advising on M&A, divestiture, spin-off and management buy-out transactions. STRATEGY CONSULTING In strategy consulting, we advise both existing and upcoming companies. We conceive organic/inorganic growth strategies, support management in taking the best decisions for new market entries through tailored market research studies and support the execution of their strategic plans. PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT Our performance improvement proposition for established companies includes revising existing processes, policies and procedures, designing performance management systems and other performance enhancing initiatives, with the aim of diagnosing, optimizing and tracking measurable results. INDUSTRY EXPERTISE As generalists, we undertake advisory projects across all industries.
