Improvement East

Improvement East is the Eastern Region’s Improvement and Innovation Alliance (RIIA). A collaboration of all eleven Eastern Region single and two-tier local authorities working together to improve outcomes for Children and Young People in the East. Improvement East supports the local authorities in the region to collaborate across all areas of children’s services, share good practice, find solutions to common challenges , be reflective, challenge each other and drive improvements. It is founded on an agreed regional and national memorandum of understanding.
