Design and development of Food Safety and/or Integrated Crop Management Systems in agri-food sector against private certification standards such as: a. TFMS / TPPS - Tesco Standards for food processors, b.TN(10) - Tesco NURTURE Scheme for Fruits & Vegetables farmers / suppliers, c.Other retail protocols (Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury’s) 4. Design and development of Social Practice and Ethical trading related certification schemes in agricultural and food processing sector such as: a. GLOBALG.A.P.
