Impulse Growth manages shareholdings in public and non-public companies with double-digit sales growth, operating in sectors forming over 70% of the growth of the Bulgarian economy (IT, FinTech, modern retail, transportation, and logistics, etc.). The platform was established by the team behind ImPulse I AD, including Nikolay Martinov and Viktor Manev, who were instrumental in Allterco and Biodit’s listing on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange/BEAM market. Nikolay Martinov is one of the pioneers of the Bulgarian capital market. With over 30 years of experience, he is one of the first 13 brokers in Bulgaria. Victor Manev has 29 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, capital markets and public companies. With his company, he advises transactions for over 500 million euros in Central and Eastern Europe. Impulse Growth seeks out and invests its assets in the so-called Blue Ocean companies - innovative companies that are distinguished by high growth in revenue and earnings who plan to become a leader in the market within 10 years, and have a solution to a problem that no one else can solve. 30% of the platform's assets are also invested in traditionally strong dividend companies.
