IMS Housing Solutions is a dedicated referral service established by Philip Oni, leveraging extensive experience and strong connections within local councils and the supported accommodation sector in London (specifically Haringey, Westminster, Barking and Enfield). Our mission is to provide sustainable, long-term housing solutions for individuals on council homelessness lists by efficiently matching them with suitable properties offered by private landlords and supported accommodation providers. We offer a streamlined referral process, facilitating placements that often come with council incentives for landlords. A key differentiator is our proactive approach to move-on planning, utilising partnerships with estate agencies to secure further accommodation in the private rented sector, aiming for a potential four-year housing pathway for service users. We will also explore additional revenue streams through council contracts for tenancy sustainment support and rent-to-rent opportunities where beneficial. While prioritising safety, we will consider referrals for ex-offenders and individuals with complex housing needs (excluding those with a history of arson, with individual cases assessed), ensuring a comprehensive approach to addressing homelessness.
