To pursue this mission, we have obtained exclusive rights to promote and sell international training brand namely FranklinCovey in Pakistan through in-house programs as well as open enrollment workshops. We apply innovative and diverse combination of lectures, case studies, exercises, simulation games and role-plays all aimed to encourage creative thinking. We also provide the facility of pre-training need assessment through in-depth interviews with a small number of participants to ensure the alignment of learning initiatives with proposed training initiatives. It further helps us to customized training solutions as per the company’s specific training needs. We are only training organization which offers post program consultancy. Through this service we reinforce the learning by having a short duration refresher session after an agreed interval after execution the training workshop.
