Als Unternehmen mit mehr als 35 Jahren Erfahrung begeistern wir mit modularen und individuellen Software- und Prüfstandslösungen im Bereich der E-Motoren und elektromechanischen Komponenten. Die von uns entwickelte imx Parameter Identifikation (PI) ist ein modellgestütztes Prüfverfahren, das die zentralen Motorparameter abbildet. Das PI Verfahren verkürzt die Prüfzeit auf weniger als 10 bis 70 Sekunden. Dadurch lassen sich bis zu 10.000 Motoren am Tag vollständig beurteilen. Insbesondere eignet sich die PI für End-of-Line-Tests, da sie in kürzester Zeit eine fundierte Aussage zur Qualität des Motors liefert. Wir als imx Solutions GmbH sind seit 2022 ein selbstständig agierendes Unternehmen, dass es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, mit diesem Verfahren neue Maßstäbe in der Produktion von E-Motoren zu setzen.
