The structures stand alone and simply need to be fixed to footings at key points, negating the need for heavy wet-works. The decking is attached to a steel sub-frame so no need to cast concrete slabs. The structures can be designed and manufactured to your specific requirements. All dwelling are fabricated off site and are bolted together on site and sealed. Minimal on site work required. We can offer you standard sizes or custom build to your needs.
