In-Ex Mindfulness Communications--is about the INternal and EXternal Communications with YOURSELF. We provide Presentations, Workshops, Coaching, and Mindfulness Writing for corporations, senior living facilities, organizations, and churches. Workshops lead participants to discover their own Mindfulness awareness which leads to the best mindfulness practice for the individual--whether that is meditation, yoga, mindfulness walking, eating, chanting or something totally new. Phyllis Fleischauer has been providing clients with mindfulness communications since 1987. As a life-long practitioner of Mindfulness Communications, elements from her Teaching, Theater, and Mass Communications education enhance her abilities to nurture her own inner awareness and outer expressions and share those techniques with others.
