I develop digital nudging programs (for organizations and companies) to raise awareness about the impact of lifestyle on health and to reduce the health gap. My approach is unique, full of humor and low-threshold, so it also connects the most difficult to reach target groups. In order to remain involved in the ultimate target groups, I also coach individuals and groups.
