In-Form Athletics is the "Common Application" for NCAA athletic recruiting. Rather than compiling questionnaires, transcripts, scores, records and forms for each program; a prospective athlete applies to, they only upload their info once to our secure cloud database. Allowing student-athletes to fill out one "universal questionnaire" and transmit it to every NCAA institution. In-Form Athletics took the current college athletic recruiting and simplifying the process to the click of a button.
