Welcome. I’m Laura, a passionate, certified ADHD Coach helping you understand your ADHD brain and discover your unique strengths through ADHD Coaching. Late diagnosed with ADHD myself, I felt like they sent me off into the wild with no tools or maps. This inspired me to become an ADHD Coach and help others navigate what can feel like a lonely journey of self-re-discovery. I can also support managers in creating an environment where their teams can thrive through coaching. I have a friendly and compassionate nature and am dedicated to helping you become the best version of yourself, overcome limiting beliefs and achieve your goals.
