The purpose of In2health is to unleash the power of prevention to save lives.
Every 20 minutes an Australian dies prematurely of a preventable disease. We believe that every life lost, is one too many. Our primary care system is struggling with financial viability and clinician burnout. Something needs to shift.
In2health leverages digital health, to automate complex clinical workflows and provide prevention clinical decision support. We provide comprehensive pre-visit assessments, analysis, triage and provision of recommendations to empower individuals with personalised health education and links to resources to optimise self care and to improve care efficiency. This automation augments rather than fragments care, improves remuneration for clinicians, reduces stress as well as improving health outcomes for patients.
Our mission is to shift our healthcare system to prevention first. Our initial focus is on primary care and prevention of 20 common chronic conditions, including mental health issues however our model is readily applied to any healthcare setting with waitlists where early assessment, analysis, triage and provision of recommendations would improve efficiency of care and outcomes for patients.
