President of Operations | Medicare & Individual Health Insurance

As VP of Medicare | Operations and Individual Health Insurance. Michael manages all aspect of the company processes including: Agent education & development, training, hiring, compliance, data analytics, reports, CRM, and expansion activities. Increasing total revenue and sales year to year. His mission is to be an advocate for his clients and to help employees fulfil their job function and achieve sales and business growth goals. For more than 20 years he has worked as an agent, manager, broker, Director, Vice President and president in the Healthcare industry. Originally from Pleasanton, California, Michael graduated from BYU in Provo, Utah and later managed large geographic areas for insurance companies in: Utah, Wyoming and upstate New York. Additionally, he is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and BYU Management Society and works to fulfill a shared vision of moral & ethical leadership and a common code of business conduct & integrity. Michael loves the outdoors; particularly biking, skiing and hitting a round of golf. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling with his wife. He contributes to several different charitable organizations including to children’s cancer research. As a founder of the Fairport, New York Volleyball Club he enjoyed immediate success as the 14/15-year-old boys’ team ranked nationally. He also enjoyed coaching a variety of youth teams, one of his highlights was coaching the Orem, Utah high school varsity team the year they won the State Lacrosse Championship. Michael coached and served as a Division President of Little League baseball and continues to volunteer his time with organizations that help build the character of young men and young women.
