INCAB GROUP (ICG GmbH) was established in 2018 in Berlin to accumulate the ample experience of cable manufacturers and salesforce, trade fibre optic cables, do the market research and develop special cable designs as well as provide consulting services in business and management. The company mission is to create communication networks throughout the globe incorporating the quality resources and delivering sustainable growth.
After February 24, 2022, former INCAB GROUP with headquarters in Perm, Russia decided to separate all international businesses and assets and sell them to the management of the US and European subsidiaries. Since then, ICG GmbH became the parent company, started to collect all assets, and created a new Group structure, fully independent from the former mother company Incab LLC. The separation deal included permission to use Incab brand without any limitations.
The companies within the Group are geographically diversified to cover the needs of the customers in Europe, North America, Middle East, and beyond.
Under the umbrella of INCAB GROUP the daughter companies benefit from strong management, effective oversight and expertise while preserving their own brands and developing business activities.
