Based in Monaco, we specialise in incentives, luxury travel, yachting as well as Mortorsport Travel. Founded in Monaco in 2000 by Laurence Cellario, Incentive Concept is headquartered at 23 bd Albert 1er, right above the Automobile Club de Monaco. INCENTIVE CONCEPT : Your partner for Events, Luxury Travels & Yacht Charters on the French Riviera and Worldwide Incentive Concept operates as a boutique DMC (Destination Management Company), providing local expertise and knowledge to individuals and businesses looking to travel or hold events on the French & Italian Rivieras as well as Monaco. Our region is home to a vast array of outstanding locations between sea and mountains, and also plays host to numerous international sports competitions. For the little story, Laurence Cellario, the agency's founder has over 25 years' experience in the travel industry. After 17 years in the USA, Laurence decided to take the "Incentive" concept back to her native Monaco. The concept encompasses the whole range of methods aimed at stimulating and strengthening motivation among company employees (through travel, seminars, meetings, commercial challenges...). With access to over 1400 yachts for charter, we are proud to offer luxury yachts for charter to Saint Tropez or a relaxing trip on the Mediterranean Sea. We are one of the only agents with such an extensive yachts database in the South of France. We are also a recognised specialists in F1 hospitality. With its prestigious F1 Grand Prix, Monaco is naturally the most popular event for our private and business clients. In 2009, the success of our F1 activities led to the creation of Destination Grand Prix - Monaco Event F1, our specialist arm dedicated entirely to Formula One Grand Prix hospitality and travel.
