Mission: Incentive Foundation is dedicated to bridging the socio-economic divide by empowering individuals in underserved communities through education, healthcare, and skill development. The Foundation focuses on vulnerable sections of society with limited access to resources, striving for sustainable and inclusive growth. Key Areas of Impact: • Education: Believing education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty, the Foundation offers makeup classes for young girls in Bandhwari, a village near Delhi, enabling them to complete their education through the National Open School/University. The Foundation is committed to the long-term education of underprivileged girls, funding the education of three girls, including two from Bandhwari’s poorest families. • Skill Development: The Foundation helps young adults enhance their skills and employability, providing them with the tools to secure a better future. • Healthcare: Incentive Foundation has conducted health camps in collaboration with leading hospitals and promotes health awareness through grassroots campaigns led by local mobilizers. • Internship Program: A structured program for young academics interested in rural development, providing them with hands-on experience and a holistic understanding of sustainable development. Since its inception, the Incentive Foundation has been making a positive impact in Bandhwari, aiming to expand its reach and continue fostering community-led growth.
