Vize provides employees with the information they need to find a great job, and factories with the best talent, simplifying the hiring process and improving the results. Working in a factory can be difficult and grueling work and many of the employees have recently moved from outside the city without the information they need to find a great job fast. At the same time, many factories struggle to fill positions, having to hire third party recruiters to hand out flyers at markets or just hoping enough people walk up to their door. Vize solves both of these problems by providing an open site for employers to post jobs, and for employees to share information about their work. The result is a more efficient and equitable job market.
