The INCEPT Project is dedicated to enhancing judicial cooperation and the implementation of the European Investigation Order (EIO), particularly in cases involving the interception of telecommunications. By conducting targeted capacity-building initiatives and developing a comprehensive Manual and methodology, INCEPT seeks to bridge gaps in national standards, improve cross-border collaboration, and ensure the correct and effective application of the legal framework.
