About INCEPT Project
The INCEPT Project is dedicated to enhancing judicial cooperation and the implementation of the European Investigation Order (EIO), particularly in cases involving the interception of telecommunications. By conducting targeted capacity-building initiatives and developing a comprehensive Manual and methodology, INCEPT seeks to bridge gaps in national standards, improve cross-border collaboration, and ensure the correct and effective application of the legal framework. The INCEPT Project is implemented across Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovenia, with leading institutions: • Law and Internet Foundation, Bulgaria • CEELI Institute, Czech Republic • Adam Mickiewicz University Poznań, Poland • Science and Research Centre of Koper, Slovenia
