Inceptum - The Entrepreneurship Cell

Inceptum is The Entrepreneurship cell of Department of Management Studies at Keshav Mahavidyalaya, a college operating under the aegis of University of Delhi. Founded in 2013, the cell aims at inclulcating business acumen among its members through discussions on case studies on businesses that are currently in operation in the real world to understand the dynamics of the market and test the problem-solving resolve of those discussing the issues at hand. Being a collegiate cell, Inceptum works with a non-profit motive. A focused idea of gaining adequate business knowledge is our mantra to become better leaders in the future. Personality development is a core focus of our cell to inculcate a strong set of skills to deal with problems that could potentially arise in businesses as well as daily life situations. Inceptum works on a give-and-take basis where knowledge-sharing prevails as a platform. Inceptum regularly organises competitions at collegiate level to spread the knowledge obtained by its members to other students of the college. Solidification of a good rapport with other students of the college allows Inceptum to gain insight from other people from different communities, which helps in widening the thinking horizons. By organising competitions, not only does the student body get a hands-on experience of event management to a certain extent, but also gains valuable feedback from the participants for better structurability and analysis of/for events to be held in the future.
