Incharger is a product development and manufacturing company based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Originally the company established the brand Incharger Parts under which the company designs and manufactures custom parts and accessories suited for Harley-Davidson® motorcycles up to this day. During a short period of 2 years, Incharger has set up the whole in-house value stream and gathered it's know-how in R&D, product development and different manufacturing technologies by introducing over 100 products to the market. As the Incharger Parts brand continues to grow, new business opportunities were identified and it was decided to share the gathered product development experience with other companies from different industries. This is how the second company brand Incharger Manufacturing was born. Since then our company helps customers to reduce product development lead times, number of communication issues and manufacturing non-conformities.
