Rosalinda started her career in human development and family studies, later applying relevant therapy treatments to dysfunctional patterns seen in nonprofits and ventures. She shifted her career to fund and organizational development, growing ideas into fully funded/staffed realities in record time. During her time in the world of commercialization and investment, she grew a network of mentors, creatives, grant writers, lawyers, venture capitalists, and angels that is now Incite Consultancy. Teams under Incite leadership have been awarded over $100 million in grants and our Founder’s processes are responsible for Incite Consultancy’s 75% award rate.
