IncLinkz - The Inclusion Link is a Social enterprise working in the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) space with an objective of enabling livelihood generation through upskilling. We help organisations build an inclusive workforce and culture through our platform which brings together the Community (Disabilities, Returning to work women, People from Economically weaker societies, Veterans), Organisations, Academia, Non Profits, Service providers, Government organisations and other stakeholders. Through our 1Academy program, we have successfully impacted our candidates from PWD (Persons With Disabilities) and Women from Economically weaker societies in Upskilling them on niche technology roles including IT Java Full stack developers and Investment Banking Operations experts. Each cohort of the program lasts 6-8 months, during which candidates are upskilled by going through 350+ hours of specialized training on Technical, Functional, Soft Skills, Agile, Corporate skills, Life skills & Mindfulness; all strongly backed by a 1:1 mentoring program. IncLinkz was originally incubated under an Internal startup program of Societe Generale as 1Inclusion. We are now fully running independently and expanding in Asia as a next step. Built by a group of passionate individuals, IncLinkz aims to solve three things: be a great actor of society, help corporates find much needed and diverse talent, and finally give the right tools to great individuals to have a fulfilling career and life they deserve.
