Includify is a community-led initiative dedicated to supporting first-generation immigrant youth in Canada as they navigate career barriers and build brighter futures. Inspired by lived experience, we recognize the challenges young newcomers face—limited access to professional networks, career guidance, and culturally responsive workplaces. Through mentorship, practical skills training, and cultural awareness workshops, Includify empowers youth with the tools and confidence to thrive in their professional journeys. We work with employers, community organizations, and experienced mentors to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. Powered by the Sprout Ideas Fellowship, we’re building a future where inclusion is not just a value—but a practice.
