InclusieNL is een onafhankelijke stichting die organisaties in beweging brengt op het gebied van diversiteit en inclusie (D&I). Dit doen we door vanuit ons wetenschappelijke fundament een brug te slaan naar de praktijk.
Inclusieve en diverse organisaties zijn bewezen creatiever en innovatiever. Deze organisaties presteren beter dan organisaties die zich niet bezighouden met inclusie en diversiteit. Daarnaast is het belangrijk om iedereen gelijke kansen te bieden.
