We are a group of organizational and behavioural psychologists and universal designers, who are experts in inclusive environmental design for neurodiverse individuals. Inclusion By Design provides consultancy and auditing services, training and information to hospitality and tourism providers as well as corporate entities around hidden disabilities including autism and mental health. Using expertise and lived experiences we will provide systems and strategies to make your organization more inclusive and welcoming for everyone in line with current legislation. Our services ensure your business will comply with current legislation. Our audits and consultancy services work under the EU Accessibility Act 2025 Framework and reach ISO Standards 21920.
