Building capacity in D&I
Inclusion@Lloyd’s has a five-year roadmap and enrolled a significant (and growing) proportion market firms in its D&I charter.
To complement this guidance, it has launched practical initiatives in support of D&I awareness raising, sharing best practice and promoting role models. These include:

- Publication of a practical, Diversity & Inclusion 5 steps guide
- Latest insights and research on D&I best practice from across the market in the Holding up the Mirror Report
- A D&I scorecard template which provides guidance on measuring and reporting diversity and inclusivity progress
