InclusionPulse provides organizations:  Continuous and Actionable Inclusion Data to Your Managers and Leaders  Ongoing Measurement on the Progress of Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives  Frequent Reminders to Employees and Leaders that Inclusion is a Priority About the Product InclusionPulse uses leading scientific methods and research to measure the 4 key behavioral indicators of an inclusive organization:  Supervisor/Subordinate Connectedness (SSC): The extent to which an organizational member feels a relational bond to his/her immediate supervisor.  Fairness: The extent to which organizational members feel that they are treated fairly for their efforts and fairly considered for opportunities they seek.  Authenticity: The extent to which organizational members feel they can present their authentic self at work without fear of negative repercussions.  Belonging: The extent to which organizational members perceive they are an integral part of the group of people they work with most often. Employees are emailed each week or month and asked to answer 5 quick and simple questions pursuant to the 4 key behavioral indicators of inclusion. Answers are aggregated in a manner that protects respondent anonymity, and analytics are uploaded in real-time to live dashboards customized for company leaders and managers, providing actionable data and insights influencing the organization’s inclusivity.
