Inclusive Code

We are a group of women who are passionate about furthering the cause of Diversity and Inclusion in Tech. While we are heartened by the rise in the numbers of Women, People of Colour and Non-Binary Folk in Tech we recognise that the Industry still has a ways to go to become a truly inclusive and representative environment. We aim to share our experience as Early Career Developers, many of whom have made a career-switch into Tech, in order to spread visibility and hopefully show others who have the same ambition that Tech needs their passion and unique perspective. We are always keen to connect with other groups with the same mission, and build a community of both current and future Employees of Tech Companies who care about gender parity and Inclusion.
