Optimal wellness includes a healthy connection to ourselves, others and the world. Each person is unique and so is their path to wellness. Woven Wellness aims to provide genuine and authentic support to guide you on your path to wellness. Through the use of strength-based and person-centered approaches and trauma informed practices, Woven Wellness conducts evaluations in order to discover information regarding a person’s quality of life, strengths, life goals, what optimal wellness and quality of life looks like for each person and so much more. Interventions such as coaching, counseling, mindful practices and behavioral supports are all methods used to help a person develop a path to achieve optimal wellness. Woven Wellness provides clinical training and consultation for agencies, businesses, healthcare providers, and direct support professionals. Certification in SAMA is also provided with a clinical emphasis on people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
