Incorporated Consortium Sdn Bhd (ICSB) was established on 8th November 1983, and has since become a trusted name in project management and construction throughout Sabah. Initially involved in industrial projects such as kiln dry plywood and veneer mills, we were the sole distributor of Olivine Incinerators from the USA in the 1980s and 1990s, a well-known name in the wood industry across Sarawak and Sabah. Since the mid-1990s, ICSB has expanded to specialize in project management and construction, managing a diverse portfolio of residential, industrial, commercial, and township projects. In 2017, we broadened our services to include pre-development consultation, development management, and advisory services. Our role is to guide organizations, businesses, and government agencies through project planning, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and financial management, ensuring resources are optimized and risks minimized. Our Design and Build Expertise- In recent years, ICSB has grown into a full design and build or turnkey consortium, offering integrated services that encompass architectural design, engineering, interior design, construction management, and authority submissions. This allows us to streamline the entire development process, ensuring seamless coordination from planning to completion. By offering these services under one roof, we provide a single point of accountability, enabling faster, more cost-effective project delivery.
