About Incommon
70% of remote workers say that friendship is what keeps them happy at work. Having no friendship between team members leads to a lower level of engagement and productivity. It may even lead to people quitting. To solve this problem, we're building InCommon, a Slack bot that matches coworkers based on interests. The AI uses these insights to help them form better bonds based on what they care about today. Each employee forms the network inside the team and finds ~5 like-minded people. How does it work? 1) Team members describe their interests. Your teammates answer a few questions about their favorite movies, artists, books, hobbies, places, etc. 2) Everyone is matched - Each employee receives a message with a coworker's name and a list of things in common. We have also thought of some good icebreakers. Never let your coworkers feel lonely again - get started for free - incommon.ai
