Our Mission: At En Común, we believe in the transformative power of education, mentorship, and community. Our mission is to nurture and elevate Black and Latino youth, and young professionals; equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and connections needed to thrive in their academic and professional journeys. What We Do: Education Excellence: We provide high-quality education that goes beyond textbooks. Our programs focus on holistic development, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and cultural pride. Career Preparation: En Común prepares students for the future by offering career workshops, resume building, interview coaching, and internships. We believe that every student deserves a pathway to success. Mentoring and Support: We offer personalized mentoring and academic support to ensure that students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. No student is left behind. Leadership Pairings: En Común bridges the gap between education and real-world experience. We connect Black and Latino students with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and NGO professionals who serve as mentors and role models. Especially in STEM industries.
