IncorpMaster offers a business model where a customer does not need to set up an appointment with a lawyer, rather he/she can simply go to our website, fill out the simple form (that is pre-made by lawyers) in step by step, pay by credit card or Interac-e-transfer and submit the order. Our lawyers, corporation filing agents and specialists review the order and prepare the articles, by laws, share structure and register with the government provided system. Customers receive the final corporation documents (certificates, article and minute book) via email.
