INCYTOИ’s analyzer platforms perform automated assays with multiple real-time data acquisition in research areas such as drug discovery and screening, oncology, toxicology and mitochondrial profiling. With our platforms you can measure dissolved oxygen, cellular oxygen consumption rate (OCR), pH, extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) and morphological parameters by cellular impedance (magnitude and phase) and fully automated microscopic imaging.
We focus on label-free in vitro studies under microfluidic and fully controlled environmental conditions to better interpret the behavior of drugs and drug candidates in different cell lines. This already in the less expensive preclinical phase and in regulatory validation studies.
