inD Theatre

inD Theatre seeks to inspire social change by producing independent theatrical events that focus on the bridge between the script and the audience: the actor. It promotes the craft of delivering two-dimensional text into sound and meaning by supporting and compensating performers with passion. Minimalist productions and creative selection of venues allow the organization to advance the belief that art experiences should be accessible to all community members. Performances are always presented without a fee for admission. inD Theatre is a Washington State nonprofit corporation that is fiscally sponsored by Shunpike. Shunpike is Shunpike is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that provides independent arts groups in Washington State with the services, resources, and opportunities they need to forge their own paths to sustainable success. All donations to inD Theatre are processed by Shunpike and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
