Born out of a group brought together by Nicola McHale and VI International, Indaba is a private members advisory group whose members include ambitious business leaders and entrepreneurs from across the Bristol/Bath/Swindon corridor looking to grow their businesses and develop personally.
The group exists to support its members, not just in their work and careers, but in all aspects of life, be that business, personal or wellbeing. Meeting 8-10 times per year (and individually in between meetings), at locations across the region, members help and support each other, offer advice and hold one another to account for the important things they want to be held accountable for.
Meetings also include learning and development either through external speakers or from the wealth of membership experience. Membership is by invitation and is capped at 12.
