Independence Computer Corp is founded on the principles of honesty, support, and affordable, easy to understand pricing. In 2005, our CEO Justin Goldberg helped found a well-known break-fix IT repair shop. After helping that company grow for five years, he decided he needed a change. That meant starting his own company to address one of the biggest issues he had with the industry as a whole: how they treat clients. One of the biggest issues he saw throughout the IT and MSP industries was the repeated price gouging of customers. When asked, he’ll tell you, “I saw people getting as much money as they could possibly get from one customer and not giving a caring about the consequences.” Not only does it let companies completely ignore their clients’ needs in favor of selling them a service, but it also results in those MSPs losing a lot of business over the long run. Goldberg is a firm believer that clients should be treated with respect and dignity, and Independence Computer Corp was built to reflect that. As a result of our founder’s firm beliefs and experiences, Independence Computer Corp is always cost-conscious with our pricing and focuses on long term partnerships with clients. Over the years, we’ve learned that we can provide much more value in helping our clients scale and grow than we ever could if we only looked at getting as much money out of a single contract as possible.
