Independence Studios began selling internationally sourced artisan wares and kaleidoscopes at Sydney Markets in the 1980’s. Growing year on year, the business now operates on a substantially larger scale with our team of over 40 employees endeavouring to service our broad range of customers at the highest possible standard. In September 2017 Independence Studios was acquired by Marlin Brands Australia. The Independence Studios team are excited to join Marlin Brands Australia and to be part of a new group of businesses which complement each other with many diverse skills. Our team is headquartered in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with field retail consultants on the road covering each major city. The internal customer service team supports our field team servicing regional areas. The buying team travel the world to discover the latest ranges from our partnered brands and work with our manufacturers on exciting products for our is gift range. We are proud to exclusively distribute our international brands in Australia and New Zealand.
