We work with people and communities to bring opportunities to life by providing bespoke support to adults with varied needs. We can offer support to people with a variety of different needs: • Mental Health • Substance Misuse • Learning disability and/or Autism/Asperger’s • Acquired Brain Injury • Physical Disability • Sensory Impairment • Older People The services we provide support people to meet their needs and achieve their goals. This might include: • Supported housing • Employment/Vocation • Help at home • Community Involvement and getting out and about • Short term support (e.g Respite / Crisis placements) • Working with partners to develop bespoke housing and support options
